Exchanges:

We only replace items if we have sent the wrong item.  If you need to exchange due to our error, send us an email at Hello@magiclaccessories.com and send your item to: PO BOX 571041, Orlando FL 32857, United States.

Refunds 

We do not issue refunds on any items, except cancellations (see below).   

We may issue refunds for shipping if we are able to combine orders.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. A full reimbursement will be issued on orders cancelled within 24 hours of order.  If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email at magicpindom@gmail.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary anywhere from 1-7 days for us to ship out the item(s). Once we have shipped your package, USPS delivery is estimated at 3-5 days. These times are estimates, and there are NO GUARANTEES on when your item will arrive.

In the event that your item has been scanned by USPS as "delivered", please use the tracking number provided to you to contact your local USPS location to inquire about your package.

PREORDERS:
If your order contains any preorder items, your entire order will ship when the preorder items are in stock. Preorders are estimated to ship in 3-4 weeks from order date. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Tracking numbers are e-mailed when your package has shipped.
